Terms of service

1. The service

Tugs Alim Solutions LLC provides ALIM VPN. The website manages accounts, plans and payments. VPN connections are made through a supported ALIM VPN app. Check the download section for app availability and links.

2. Your account

Register with your own email, keep your details accurate and protect your password. Do not share an account beyond your plan’s device allowance. Read these terms and the privacy policy before creating an account.

3. Plans and QPay payments

• Personal plans allow 2 devices and Family plans allow 4, with 1-month, 3-month and 1-year options.
• Website purchases through QPay are one-time prepaid purchases. They do not renew or charge automatically.
• Prices are stated in USD. Checkout displays the conversion rate provided by the server and the final amount in Mongolian tögrög. Check this amount before paying.
• Service activates after payment confirmation. Do not pay an expired invoice again. If money was deducted but service did not activate, contact support with the invoice number.
• The checkout quote shows the amount and entitlement period for renewals and plan changes.

4. Rewards

Applicable reward and promo conditions and the amount used are shown before payment. Rewards are credit toward future service, cannot be cashed out or transferred, and become unavailable when an account is deleted. Rewards associated with reversed payments may be revoked.

5. Refunds

Under our general prepaid plan terms, confirmed payments are not refundable simply on request. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact support@alimvpn.com with the invoice number for duplicate charges, incorrect transactions or service that did not activate.

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also subject to that store’s billing, cancellation and refund rules. The website’s QPay terms do not automatically apply to store purchases.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, unauthorized access, network attacks, spam, malware distribution or infringements of others’ rights. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

7. Availability

Speed and availability depend on your device, internet provider, location and local network restrictions. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation on every network. Contact support when an issue occurs. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Account deletion

Request deletion through the “Delete your account” page. After deletion, you lose account access, VPN entitlement, device registrations and remaining rewards. Deleting an account does not automatically refund unused plan time. The privacy policy explains retention, the 30-day deletion period and exceptions for financial documents.

9. Changes and disputes

We will communicate changes on this page and through service channels. We first seek to resolve disputes by agreement. These terms are governed by Mongolian law without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
