1. Who we are
ALIM VPN is operated by Tugs Alim Solutions LLC (Төгс алим солюшнс ХХК), Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. This policy covers information collected through the ALIM VPN apps and website, its use, protection and deletion.
2. Privacy of VPN activity
Our no-log policy is not to record websites visited through the VPN, DNS queries, searches, messages, downloaded file contents or browsing activity. Account and payment records are separate from VPN activity.
We do not sell personal information or use or disclose it for advertising, behavioral profiling or third-party tracking. We do not disclose VPN activity information to third parties.
3. Information used to provide the service
- Account: email address, name and a one-way bcrypt password hash. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
- Devices and sign-in: device identifier, platform, registration and last-active timestamps, and a push token when notifications are used. These support authentication, device entitlements and notifications.
- Plans and payments: plan, start and expiry dates, payment amount and status, invoice identifiers, promo codes and rewards records.
- Support: your email, questions and information you choose to provide to resolve an issue.
- Web connections: servers process technical information such as the IP address of an HTTPS request to deliver and secure the service. This is separate from VPN browsing history.
4. How information is used
We use information to register and authenticate accounts, check entitlements, confirm orders and payments, reset passwords, and provide service notifications and support. Do not enter bank passwords or card details on the ALIM VPN website; QPay and your bank process the payment.
5. Service providers
These services support ALIM VPN operations. We do not provide VPN activity history to them. When responding to a lawful request, we process only information we hold that is relevant to that request.
- QPay — invoice and transaction information required to process payments.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — a push token to deliver app notifications.
- Vultr — ALIM VPN server infrastructure. Service information may be processed on servers outside Mongolia.
- Website hosting and email services — technical information needed to deliver pages, secure sign-in, and process account and support emails.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information needed to operate an active account. Our published policy is to delete account and device records and associated personal data within 30 days of receiving a deletion request. We verify that the requester owns the account.
Financial documents required for tax and accounting obligations may be retained separately. We explain the records retained, the reason and the applicable period in our response to the deletion request. Retained records are not used to continue VPN service or for marketing.
8. Your rights
You can request access, correction and permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. Use the “Delete your account” page below to prepare a request without reinstalling the app. Never include your password, one-time codes or bank details in a support email.

ALIM VPN is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information. Contact us if you believe a child’s information has been registered.
10. Security and updates
App, website and server connections use HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed and access to information is restricted. Changes will appear on this page with an updated date; significant changes will be communicated through our service channels. Send privacy questions to support@alimvpn.com.
